Oh... I think we need to start calling you bella (pretty)! That's what my dad always called me, even though he wasn't into nick names. He passed away last year in April and I'll always be his bella.

Awww, that's sweet, thanks. I've been missing my daddy lately, too. The 23rd was the four-year anniversary of his death. He called me "kid," but I can't put in type the sound of love and pride in his voice that was there when he said it. I think my favorite memory of him from when I was little was when he would rock me in the big gold lazy-boy rocking chair and sing "Rockin' in the bye-bye chair with Lori and Daddy" over and over until I fell asleep.

That was my Daddy all over.

I never realized before what a weird hairline I have.
