Ok, here's my WW schpeel. (You asked, Amanda). Weight Watchers is definitely worth it. The reason it works for me (when I follow the plan) is because it doesn't tell you one particularly food group (or, as I like to call them, source of enjoyment) is forbidden. You truly can eat whatever you want, you just have to count the points for whatever you choice to eat. So yes, it works. It works best when you go to the meetings with a buddy. My first go-round on it, I lost 30 pounds, but then I had the break-up and lost my motivation for a while. This 10 pounds puts me back to where I was when I went off the program last time. The only thing I get discouraged about with it is..well I find myself saying "why doesn't SHE have to count points? Am I going to have to count points my WHOLE LIFE." But that's at my low moments. It's the best program out there, really.
